Role overview

You will own the mechanical heart of Alchemy Springs as a hands-on individual contributor. Responsible for the safety and reliability of pools, saunas, and steam rooms, you’ll manage water chemistry, filtration, and HVAC systems. As the facility moves into its grand opening, you’ll establish the foundational maintenance routines that define operational excellence.
