Support senior advisors by owning the end-to-end casework for visa submissions and sponsorship applications. You will draft accurate documentation, ensure high quality and turnaround times, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer journeys. Your work directly enables businesses and individuals to navigate complex immigration systems with ease and speed.

- Prepare and draft high-quality immigration submissions and sponsorship applications, including Skilled Worker visas and Certificates of Sponsorship.
- Monitor application statuses and approval metrics to maintain exceptional success rates and identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to automate workflows and enhance the platform’s compliance reporting features.
Who this is a fit for
- At least 2 years of experience in immigration casework or legal support, with specific expertise in UK Skilled Worker visas.
