Operations Associate at Tracelight

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will manage a broad execution-heavy portfolio spanning finance, legal compliance, and office logistics. Beyond keeping the business running through invoicing and onboarding, you will lead the charge in codifying AI-driven workflows and building internal tools that scale Tracelight’s operations alongside its rapid revenue growth.

• Manage critical finance and legal workflows, including contract execution, security questionnaires, and meticulous invoicing for enterprise customers.
• Drive people operations and office culture by leading new-joiner onboarding, CRM management, and organizing high-impact team events.
• Innovate internal systems by documenting workflows and building lightweight tools to integrate AI into the company’s daily operations.

• A relentless execution machine who prioritizes getting things “over the line” and thrives in high-stakes, unglamorous operational environments.
• Tangible experience with AI tools and projects, paired with a high level of comfort in Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly.
