What you will do

Identify and decompose ambiguous clinical and operational problems by speaking directly with users to understand broken workflows and forming sharp, testable product hypotheses.
Lead the design and implementation of simple, elegant product solutions, partnering closely with engineering and leveraging AI agents to accelerate prototyping and production cycles.
Drive the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery through launch, consistently monitoring post-launch outcomes to validate if the shipped product actually solved the intended user problem.

Who this is a fit for

You have a proven track record of building and shipping user-facing products with measurable traction, preferably as a founder or early employee at a fast-growing startup.
You possess exceptional product sense and taste, with the ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive workflows that feel "right" to users while maintaining a high quality bar.
You are technically fluent and comfortable reasoning about APIs, data models, and implementation tradeoffs, utilizing AI tools and agents as a serious multiplier for your building capability.
