Lead a brand-new, freshly renovated solo children’s home through the final stages of Ofsted registration and beyond. You will foster a trauma-informed, relational environment for a single young person, managing an established team and ensuring full regulatory compliance. What you will do
- Guide the service through Ofsted registration and maintain continuous compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of Team Leaders and support staff through a trauma-informed lens.
- Manage external relationships with local authorities, social workers, and health professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
Who this is a fit for
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience (Deputy Manager level+) in an Ofsted-registered children’s home.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, with a Level 5 (or willingness to complete it) fully funded.
- Strong commitment to relational practice and the resilience to lead a brand-new service.
