Registered Manager at established specialist care provider

As Registered Manager, you will lead a residential home in Greater Manchester dedicated to supporting children with learning disabilities and autism. You will hold full operational ownership, ensuring high-quality person-centred care and strict Ofsted compliance. This is a pivotal role managing a dedicated team, building key relationships, and driving continuous service improvements within a supportive, well-established senior management framework.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and safeguard children while maintaining rigorous Ofsted compliance and Quality Standards.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a staff team to deliver high-performing, stable, and person-centred care services.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with children, their families, and external regulatory agencies.

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children’s residential setting with strong Ofsted inspection knowledge.
• Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
• Deep commitment to supporting young people with learning disabilities and autism to live full, independent lives.
