Registered Manager at specialized children's care provider

Lead a boutique two-bed residential home in Wallasey, delivering therapeutic and child-centered care for young people with emotional and behavioral needs. You will hold full operational autonomy, managing a dedicated team to maintain high Ofsted standards while ensuring every child receives safe, nurturing support tailored to their individual stories.

Specialized children’s residential care provider

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the home in compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary care team including Deputy Managers and specialized Support Workers.
• Oversee all safeguarding, risk management, and placement matching to ensure a stable, therapeutic environment for residents.

• Has at least two years’ experience in children’s residential care and one year in a supervisory or management role.
• Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or is working toward it).
• Possesses deep knowledge of Quality Standards, safeguarding protocols, and a full UK driving licence.
