You will lead an Ofsted-regulated children’s home in North West England, taking full accountability for care standards, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance. Who this is a fit for
- Substantial experience in Ofsted-regulated children’s residential care settings rather than adult care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or near completion).
