Dynamo AI, Product
Product Analyst at Dynamo AI
- Location
- San Francisco, United States and London, UK
- Compensation
- $100k-$130k / £80k-£105k + Equity
Dynamo AI is hiring Product Analysts in SF and London to provide the analytical backbone for their AI security platform. You’ll work directly with PMs to design experiments, prototype AI tools, and benchmark guardrails for enterprises in regulated industries like finance and healthcare.
If you have 1-2 years of experience in LLM experimentation, a background in quantitative fields like Physics, and a passion for adversarial red-teaming, this is an incredible opportunity to join a founder-led startup and grow into a future Product Manager.
Role overview
Join Dynamo AI as a Product Analyst to drive the evidence-based evolution of our AI security platform. Working alongside PMs in San Francisco or London, you will own experimental design, prototype AI-powered tools, and perform rigorous data analysis to solve complex challenges like guardrail optimization, cost-performance trade-offs, and adversarial red-teaming for enterprise-grade AI agents.
About Dynamo AI
At Dynamo AI, we help enterprises deploy AI systems that are reliable, secure, observable, and production-ready.
As organizations accelerate adoption of Generative & Agentic AI, they face growing challenges around reliability, governance, latency, safety, compliance, and operational control. Dynamo AI provides the infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and real-time guardrails that allow enterprises to confidently operationalize AI at scale.
We work with enterprises and regulated industries to bridge the gap between AI experimentation and production deployment — enabling organizations to deploy AI systems safely, efficiently, and responsibly
What you will do
- Design and curate datasets to train custom guardrails, ensuring consistent labeling and measuring performance improvements against production errors without regressions.
- Prototype rapid AI-powered tools and workflow improvements to validate hypotheses, such as how legal teams contribute to guardrail policies or how to prioritize alerts.
- Benchmark detection capabilities against emerging attack techniques and modalities, reporting on precision, recall, and cost-performance trade-offs of different configurations.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses a strong quantitative degree (e.g., Physics, Data Theory) and 1-2 years of experience in classifier tuning, LLM experimentation, or technical data analysis.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Python and pandas, with a proven habit of building custom scripts or AI-assisted tools to solve complex analytical problems.
- Exhibits genuine adversarial curiosity and a background in ML concepts, including a clear understanding of experimental design and classification metrics like FNR/FPR.
Why this role is remarkable
- Directly influence product strategy by producing the empirical evidence used by PMs to approve AI agents for production in high-stakes industries like finance and defense.
- Join a fast-growing, founder-led startup at the forefront of AI security, working on novel problems in guardrail orchestration and generative AI observability.
- Transition into a Product Manager or senior technical product role through an explicit growth track focused on building intuition for SLM training and agent security.
