Dynamo AI is a YC W22 founder-led startup solving the single biggest hurdle to enterprise AI adoption: trust and governance. As the PM for AI Governance & Compliance, you will design the workflows that legal and risk teams use to define policies and approve guardrails for generative AI systems.
You’ll be working directly with Fortune 500 leadership to turn complex regulations like the EU AI Act into enforceable product logic. If you have 2-4 years of PM experience in GRC or regtech and want to build the platform that makes enterprise AI possible, join Dynamo AI in London, SF, or New York.
Role overview
As Product Manager for AI Governance & Compliance at Dynamo AI, you will bridge the gap between technical AI guardrails and the legal teams that define them. You’ll design workflows for policy writing and risk review at Fortune 500 enterprises, translating complex regulations into automated safeguards that help global organizations deploy generative AI safely.
About Dynamo AI
At Dynamo AI, we help enterprises deploy AI systems that are reliable, secure, observable, and production-ready.
As organizations accelerate adoption of Generative & Agentic AI, they face growing challenges around reliability, governance, latency, safety, compliance, and operational control. Dynamo AI provides the infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and real-time guardrails that allow enterprises to confidently operationalize AI at scale.
We work with enterprises and regulated industries to bridge the gap between AI experimentation and production deployment — enabling organizations to deploy AI systems safely, efficiently, and responsibly
