Role overview
You will be the first Product Manager at Volter, owning the roadmap for both the customer-facing platform and the internal automation tools critical for scaling. Working directly with experienced founders, you’ll lead discovery, prototype with AI tools, and unblock engineering to deliver high-impact features in a complex, data-heavy energy domain.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the customer platform and internal tooling, prioritizing features based on revenue growth, win rates, and operational hours saved.
- Conduct deep user discovery with brokers, customers, and generators to translate complex energy, pricing, and settlement data into simple, actionable product specifications.
- Lead the engineering team day-to-day by providing clear context and using AI tools to prototype initial designs before a single line of code is written.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven B2B product management experience in early-stage startups (Seed to Series B), specifically taking products from 0→1 including handling initial design independently.
- High technical and data fluency with the ability to write SQL, understand API constraints, and leverage AI-native workflows to accelerate development cycles.
- Strong background in data-heavy or regulated sectors like fintech or energy, with a track record of delivering measurable commercial impact through internal and external products.
