Join LightWork AI for a six-month internship focusing on AI evaluation and product quality. You will learn the product craft from the ground up by testing, triaging daily critical errors, and refining the AI’s performance. Working directly with the product lead, your insights will immediately influence development and the user experience.

What you will do
- Design and execute rigorous test scenarios across product areas like Prospecting and Compliance to identify edge cases before feature shipping.
- Lead daily critical-error reviews by triaging flagged AI conversations and routing actionable technical context to the engineering team for resolution.
- Mine real customer data to develop evaluation suites that ensure the product’s AI output remains high-quality and reliable across all channels.
