What you will do

  • Design and execute rigorous test scenarios across product areas like Prospecting and Compliance to identify edge cases before feature shipping.
  • Lead daily critical-error reviews by triaging flagged AI conversations and routing actionable technical context to the engineering team for resolution.
  • Mine real customer data to develop evaluation suites that ensure the product’s AI output remains high-quality and reliable across all channels.
