Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager at DOSS

As a Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients, sitting at the intersection of product, data, and operations. You’ll map complex workflows, configure the DOSS platform, and build new capabilities to ensure high-growth operators achieve real-time control over their physical goods and financial data across the entire supply chain.

• Own the end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle, including discovery, technical design, platform configuration, and go-live for major mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Conduct deep-dive operational audits to map complex business processes across procurement, inventory, and finance into the DOSS unified operational data model.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build new product features and AI-driven automation that address the specific needs of enterprise-scale physical operations.

• 4+ years of experience in high-intensity environments like engineering, management consulting, finance, or technical program management at a high-growth technology company.
• A first-principles systems thinker who can untangle complex, interconnected business processes and translate them into logical data models and product requirements.
• Technical proficiency with an intuition for logic problems; while SQL is a plus, you must have an appetite for mastering deep operational and technical details.
