Working alongside the founders, you’ll establish product playbooks, lead discovery, and bridge the gap between technical innovation and intuitive user-centric design.

What you will do
- Lead the transition from founder-led product to a structured approach, owning the strategy for both an AI-driven platform and a high-performance data API.
- Bridge the gap between engineering and sales by turning complex data and market requests into a simplified, intuitive user experience that requires no training.
- Define the delivery rhythm and KPIs for the R&D team while integrating AI capabilities into the core product development and discovery workflow.
Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for B2B SaaS, platform, or data-driven products, ideally including API experience.
- Exceptional product discovery and UX skills with a proven track record of synthesizing market needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Fluency in German and English, based in Hamburg, with a structured approach and the commercial mindset needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
