- Map and redesign business workflows across multiple departments to identify high-value bottlenecks ripe for automation and AI intervention.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated automated workflows using n8n, custom Python/JavaScript logic, and internal APIs to streamline data handoffs.
- Build and deploy AI agents utilizing GPT-4 or Claude to handle structured data extraction, automated decision-making, and enhanced customer communication.
