Account Manager, Appraiser at Partly

You will bridge the gap between Partly’s frontier AI and the US auto claims industry. As an early US hire, you’ll own customer relationships end-to-end, running pilots, training claims teams, and proving the value of AI-driven estimating. You’ll translate real-world workflow challenges into actionable insights for the engineering and product teams to drive expansion.

• Manage the end-to-end execution of pilots and programs, from initial rollout and team training to final outcome reporting for major accounts.
• Track and analyze success metrics like cycle time and accuracy to build a data-driven business case for long-term program adoption.
• Act as the voice of the insurer internally, translating field observations from claims workflows into precise product and engineering requirements.

• Deep experience in US auto claims or vehicle appraisal, having worked as an independent or staff appraiser, adjuster, or claims lead.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full claims lifecycle, from first notice of loss to final repair or total loss decisions and parts sourcing.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with clear deadlines and communicate technical data insights effectively to a senior executive audience.
