Conduct is solving the €800M migration problem for F500s, replacing stagnant ERP complexity with agile AI. You will act as a commercial project manager, driving multi-six-figure deals and building the engine for global scale.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end customer relationships, from navigating complex procurement and first meetings to driving pilots and ensuring successful technical implementation.
  • Build the GTM engine by creating reusable playbooks, onboarding flows, and tooling that allow customer capacity to compound without linear headcount growth.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners like BCG, NTT Data, and SAP to drive expansion and turn single entry points into multi-year, multi-million-dollar partnerships.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 3–7 years of experience as a Strategic Enterprise AE, Deployment Strategist, or Solutions Architect at high-growth scale-ups or major tech companies.
  • Demonstrates a builder mindset with the urgency to own outcomes end-to-end, possessing both commercial shark instincts and technical deployment discipline.
  • Displays low ego and high curiosity, capable of navigating technically complex environments and communicating effectively with CIOs and VP-level stakeholders.
