What you will do
- Lead the full post-sale customer journey, including high-touch onboarding, product adoption strategies, and managing strategic renewals and expansions.
- Design and implement the CS operating model from scratch, creating health scores, MBR/QBR frameworks, and automated success plans.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities and unblock technical hurdles for enterprise clients.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses 3-5 years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience, specifically within a seed-stage or Series A startup environment.
- Demonstrates a revenue-driven mindset with the ability to balance hands-on account management with strategic system building and process design.
- Exhibits strong technical curiosity and the ability to navigate complex engineering workflows to help users realize maximum value from the Copilot platform.
