Join Assort Health as a Customer Success Manager to own executive-level relationships and drive AI adoption across healthcare systems. You will partner with clinical operators to transform patient access, using data to prove ROI and scaling the success playbook for our AI voice agents during a period of 20x revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to healthcare leaders, guiding them through the deployment and expansion of AI voice agents to slash patient hold times.
  • Navigate complex accounts from front-desk staff to C-suite executives, building champions and identifying opportunities for product growth and renewals.
  • Analyze performance data and patient feedback to diagnose risks, improve AI agent accuracy, and demonstrate clear ROI to clinical stakeholders.

Who this is a fit for

  • 2-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, with a proven track record of managing a book of business.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of earning trust with healthcare executives and navigating high-stakes organizational change.
  • Analytical mindset with a builder’s drive to stand up new systems and processes in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
