Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Partner closely with C-suite healthcare executives and operators to drive AI adoption, vision, and measurable ROI from initial launch through renewal.
  • Navigate complex provider accounts to cultivate internal champions, defend value with data-driven insights, and identify expansion opportunities across new medical use cases.
  • Design and refine the scalable playbooks, processes, and tools that will define the world-class customer success function as the organization rapidly scales its footprint.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, with a proven track record of managing a book of business in a fast-paced environment.
