What you will do
- Architect and prototype custom AI solutions using Claude Code, n8n, and agentic workflows to solve complex, real-world client business problems.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client implementations, translating ambiguous requests into clear technical requirements, production systems, and launch-ready solutions.
- Direct and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring high code quality through rigorous architectural reviews, troubleshooting, and hands-on debugging.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven experience personally building AI agents, RAG systems, and complex automations with LLM APIs within the last 12 months.
- Technical proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern AI tools such as Claude Code, LiveKit, ElevenLabs, or various vector databases.
- Extensive experience in agency or consulting environments managing external clients and delivering technology solutions while navigating tight deadlines and resource constraints.
