What you'll do
What you will do
- Prospect, qualify, and personally close £100k+ ACV enterprise deals with large estate agencies and BTR operators.
- Build the outbound sales motion from zero, including target lists, messaging sequences, and discovery frameworks.
- Hire and lead a small sales team as the pipeline grows while continuing to carry an individual quota.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Proven track record of personally closing £100k+ ACV B2B enterprise deals in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience as an early commercial hire (Series A/B) who has built sales playbooks rather than inheriting them.
- Strong outbound DNA with the ability to generate high-value pipeline in traditionally offline, operationally complex industries.
