As the first dedicated outbound BDR at LightWork AI, you will drive the SME pipeline by targeting independent UK lettings agencies. Working directly with the co-founder, you’ll own the outreach process, qualifying leads through high-volume dials and booking demos for the AE. Your efforts will directly shape the company’s foundational sales playbook.

LightWork AI is automates property operations (compliance, maintenance, lettings and tenant support) through Felicity, an AI assistant that can handle up to 80% of admin tasks autonomously. Designed for the UK’s property industry, LightWork AI delivers enhanced capacity, reduced admin costs and zero missed communications for property management & lettings agencies; giving tenants the confidence that their homes are safe, compliant and their needs are always met.

What you will do

  • Execute a high-volume outbound strategy, performing 40-60 quality dials daily to get past gatekeepers and reach agency owners or directors.
  • Rigorously qualify prospects based on pain points like missed calls and lack of after-hours cover to ensure fit, budget, and intent.
  • Book qualified demos for Account Executives while providing detailed handover briefs to ensure a seamless transition and higher close rates.

  • Demonstrated success in a high-volume outbound role, preferably selling PropTech or vertical SaaS to owner-run small businesses like independent agencies.
  • Technically curious with hands-on experience using LLMs, custom GPTs, or automation tools like Zapier to enhance your personal sales workflow.
  • Relentless resilience on the phones, viewing cold rejections as data points and possessing the commercial numeracy to qualify leads based on P&L impact.
