What you will do
- Frame and analyze strategic decisions, such as new market entries and build-vs-partner calls, before the founders commit engineering resources.
- Own financial operations across the US, Germany, and Spain, managing banking, payroll, and automating workflows with AI agents like Claude Code.
- Drive founder leverage by managing investor updates, coordinating recruitment trials, and leading GTM initiatives like partner hackathons and account research.
