What you will do
- Execute full-cycle recruitment across all functions, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing for every role.
- Build the recruitment infrastructure from scratch, including structured interview loops, scorecards, and automated, data-driven pipeline analytics.
- Partner directly with founders on headcount planning and profile calibration to maintain an exceptionally high and consistent talent bar.
