Role overview

As the second hire in a rapidly expanding talent team, you will drive full-cycle recruitment for both technical and commercial roles. Reporting to the Talent Leader, you’ll help scale the organization by sourcing high-caliber engineering and GTM talent, building employer branding initiatives, and refining the end-to-end candidate experience for a high-growth AI revenue platform.

What you will do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from proactive sourcing and initial screening to closing top-tier candidates for engineering, product, and sales roles.
  • Partner directly with founders and leadership to define role success profiles, manage hiring funnels, and implement data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Lead strategic projects across employer branding and process improvement to ensure a scalable, high-bar hiring culture as the company prepares for its next growth phase.
