Join the Senior Leadership Team of a hyper-growth AI startup to head the global People function. Reporting to the Founder, you will architect the organizational design for US expansion, embed high-performance frameworks, and scale culture across international markets. This is a builder role for a strategic leader ready to define the future of hospitality.

Nory is an AI-powered restaurant management platform that unifies operations, inventory, workforce, payroll, and finance into a single system. It leverages real-time data and predictive analytics to forecast demand, optimize staffing and stock, reduce costs, waste, and increase profitability for independent, franchise, and enterprise restaurant groups in the hospitality sector.

What you will do

  • Design and execute a global talent and workforce strategy to support rapid international scaling and disciplined hiring across the UK, Europe, and the US.
  • Act as a strategic executive partner and coach to the Board and SLT, providing data-driven insights on organizational health and leadership depth.
  • Establish a robust performance management culture and total rewards strategy that drives accountability, excellence, and alignment with Nory’s commercial objectives.

Who this is a fit for

  • 15+ years of People leadership experience with a proven track record in VC-backed B2B SaaS environments through Series B and beyond.
  • Direct experience leading international expansion and organizational design, specifically navigating the cultural and operational complexities of entering the US market.
  • A hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep expertise in compensation and employment law, and is comfortable operating at the board level.
