Role overview
As the Director of Product UX Design at Endor Labs, you will lead the design strategy for the entire platform. You will tackle the unique challenge of making complex security workflows intuitive for developers across CLI tools, IDE integrations, and enterprise dashboards. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will build and scale the UX function.

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design for developer-facing tools including CLI, MCP servers, and IDE integrations for platforms like Cursor and Copilot.
- Create sophisticated security dashboards that provide deep audit trails and policy management without adding friction to the developer experience.
- Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to establish design standards, research processes, and a cohesive design system across the platform.
