Join Afroditi to lead hospitality projects from initial concept narratives through to on-site delivery. You will balance creative rigour with technical execution, designing F&B and hotel spaces for high-profile global clients. This role is ideal for a proactive designer ready to operate at both strategic and detailed scales within an influential, international studio.

What you will do
- Develop authentic, creative client presentations including concept narratives, visual research, spatial planning, and sculptural interior environments.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and specifications for materials, finishes, and bespoke FF&E packages to ensure precise project delivery.
- Manage site construction, procurement, and installation independently while liaising directly with clients, contractors, and visionary hospitality operators.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses at least 5 years of professional interior design experience, with a minimum of 3 completed hospitality projects in F&B or hotels.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to author a concept and execute it technically.
- Features an exceptional portfolio showing strategic thinking, visual communication skills, and experience working directly with influential clients and stakeholders.
