Senior Product Designer at Future

As a Senior Product Designer at Future, you will own the end-to-end member journey, from onboarding to long-term coaching engagement. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you’ll tackle the unique challenge of blending high-end consumer craft with intelligent AI systems to help members achieve sustained health improvements and lifelong resilience.

• Design and ship core product experiences across mobile platforms, covering onboarding, training workflows, and long-term member coaching engagement.
• Translate complex product strategies and user data into high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and scalable design patterns that support growth.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality implementation and iterative improvements based on user metrics.

• Has 5-8+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping polished, high-impact consumer mobile applications in fast-moving environments.
• Possesses exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating deep product thinking and high-quality end-to-end execution.
• Demonstrates experience or strong interest in designing AI-driven personalized experiences and is comfortable owning problem spaces with autonomy and low ego.
