What you will do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer implementations, owning the integration process from initial requirements scoping to production.
- Partner with internal engineering and product teams to translate customer insights into improved documentation, developer tools, and core product features.
- Resolve complex technical integration challenges and troubleshoot issues in live environments to ensure high customer success and platform reliability.
