You will work directly inside healthcare organizations to perform deep technical discovery and build custom AI systems. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from scoping and deployment to long-term stability—translating clinical bottlenecks into automated solutions. Your work directly increases healthcare supply by automating administrative burdens like referral management, documentation, and equipment coordination.

What you will do
- Conduct deep technical discovery inside healthcare clinics to identify high-value operational bottlenecks and scope semi-custom AI solutions.
- Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and systems using TypeScript and React that integrate seamlessly into complex, legacy clinical environments.
- Own the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery through to long-term stability, while abstracting learnings into scalable capabilities for future deployments.
