What you will do
- Lead technical scoping calls with clients to translate fuzzy business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the engineering team.
- Build production-ready AI systems including 35+ node n8n workflows, Supabase backends, and sophisticated voice agent setups using Retell or Trillet.
- Manage and mentor an overseas development team by writing clear technical tickets, performing code reviews, and ensuring consistent delivery standards.

- Has 3+ years of professional experience shipping full-stack products and is comfortable working across every layer of the modern technical stack.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills with C2-level English, capable of managing client relationships and pushing back on unrealistic project scopes.
