As our first engineering hire in Brooklyn, you'll work directly with the CEO to architect a platform that turns months of manual reporting into hours of automated, defensible output. What you will do
- Architect and build the end-to-end agentic platform that automates complex environmental site assessments and regulatory compliance workflows from the ground up.
- Work directly with the CEO and founding team to translate product vision into production-ready software, maintaining an owner mentality throughout the process.
- Implement AI-driven features using tools like Claude Code and Codex to turn fragmented physical records into defensible, high-quality environmental output.
