OneReport is listens, clarifys, and extracts the facts that matter. It applies the correct penal codes and NIBRS classifications automatically, scores reports for solvability, detects indicators of bias-motivated crimes and suspicious activity, and routes structured, actionable reports directly into law enforcement records systems. No manual re-entry.

What you will do
- Architect and build core features across reporting, case, and intelligence platforms using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI systems utilizing LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases to process unstructured narratives and multimedia.
- Collaborate directly with law enforcement officers and detectives in the field to validate workflows, refine product usability, and ship mission-critical updates.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses 2–10 years of full-stack experience with modern technologies and a proven track record of shipping AI-powered products into production environments.
- Demonstrates a strong product mindset with the ability to navigate the entire stack, from frontend interfaces to backend infrastructure and ML workflows.
- Must be a US citizen due to security clearance requirements and capable of working in a hybrid-flexible capacity in San Francisco.
