- Design and implement end-to-end features across the full stack using React, Python, Firebase, and GCP infrastructure.
- Lead system reliability efforts, including monitoring and incident response, ensuring the platform remains resilient for critical clinical use.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO to define technical roadmaps and explore how generative AI can automate operational workflows in neurodevelopmental care.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Proven full-stack capability with 1–4 years of experience and a natural instinct for building intuitive, high-quality frontend interfaces.
- Expert-level proficiency with AI-native development tools (Cursor/Claude) and a deep understanding of how to validate and refine AI-generated code.
