What you will do
- Build the Asksonus.com product end-to-end, including the web app, recruiter dashboards, and core AI agent features from idea to production.
- Own product features throughout their entire lifecycle: scoping, designing, shipping, and iterating with real users in days rather than months.
- Define the engineering culture, standards, and velocity for the founding team while working directly with the founders on strategic decisions.
