What you will do
- Own the end-to-end ML pipeline, from data curation and model architecture to training and deploying production-ready computer vision models for biomarker prediction.
- Design rigorous, leakage-free validation frameworks to ensure clinical credibility and model generalization across diverse devices, capture conditions, and populations.
- Establish the engineering foundations for the ML organization, including experiment tracking, reproducibility, and monitoring standards that all future hires will inherit.
