Join Nory as our first FP&A Lead to build a world-class finance function from the ground up. Reporting to a veteran finance leader, you will own the end-to-end planning cycle, manage board reporting, and prepare the business for its upcoming Series C. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of AI and hospitality.

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end planning cycle, including the annual budget, long-range plans, and reforecasts, presenting directly to the executive team and board of directors.
- Establish a single source of truth for core SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and CAC payback, ensuring data integrity across the entire organization.
- Drive strategic analysis for major business bets, including new market expansion, pricing structures, and fundraising preparations to fuel Nory’s rapid international growth.
Who this is a fit for
- Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally within a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS environment at the Series B to D stage.
- Mastery of driver-based, three-statement financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets, with the technical ability to wrangle data using SQL.
- Proven track record of managing full budgeting and reporting cycles independently, with the commercial judgment to turn complex numbers into actionable executive recommendations.
