You will define and lead Faculty’s banking practice, moving beyond AI pilots to deliver enterprise-wide transformation. Combining deep technical depth with Accenture’s reach, you’ll advise C-suite leaders on driving revenue and efficiency through AI. What you will do
- Build long-term advisory relationships with C-suite banking leaders to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen risk management via AI.
- Lead complex, end-to-end AI transformation programmes from initial strategy formation through to the delivery of custom AI software solutions.
- Own meaningful revenue targets by shaping software design and delivering compelling commercial pitches that showcase Faculty’s technical and delivery excellence.

- Deep industry experience within banking—specifically corporate or business banking—having worked inside an institution rather than just as an external advisor.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes involving data, technology, or AI, including managing the associated organizational and cultural changes.
