You will lead the creation of a brand-new Health & Beauty trading unit from the ground up. Reporting to the founder, you’ll establish the strategy, build a supplier network of H&B brands, and manage the full P&L. This is a 0→1 opportunity to run a business unit within a fast-scaling startup.

What you will do
- Build a supplier base from scratch by identifying and onboarding Health & Beauty brands, retailers, and distributors with surplus stock.
- Own the end-to-end commercial process, from negotiating high-volume purchases to pricing and placing inventory through a global wholesale buyer network.
- Manage the category P&L and lead the expansion of the unit, including hiring and mentoring a dedicated team of traders as the business scales.
Who this is a fit for
- Deep Health & Beauty category expertise with a proven track record in commercial trading, wholesale distribution, or retail buying within the sector.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an intuitive sense for stock valuation, margin management, and navigating inventory risk in the clearance market.
- Previous experience in a senior commercial leadership role where you successfully built or scaled a category, trading book, or P&L from scratch.
