What you will do
- Design and scale agent infrastructure and underlying models to ensure AI employees perform reliably across complex, multi-step tasks in production environments.
- Develop and iterate on product surfaces and evaluation frameworks to measure and improve the efficacy and safety of AI agents as they embed into teams.
- Collaborate with a lean, senior team to independently identify critical problems and ship end-to-end production systems without waiting for predefined specifications or product requirements.

- Has 6+ years of experience building and operating production-grade distributed systems and software architecture with a track record of owning critical technical outcomes.
- Demonstrates deep technical proficiency in shipping AI agents or complex AI systems into production, specifically having built and scaled products from the ground up.
