Join Ovation Rights Management Limited as our second product engineer to build the software that powers the theatrical rights industry. You will work across the full stack, owning features from initial problem statements to production. Working directly with stakeholders in a flat structure, you’ll leverage an agentic AI stack to handle consequential data and high-value royalties.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end development of new features using Python, FastAPI, and Next.js, making all interface and design decisions without a dedicated design team.
- Pragmatically integrate LLMs and AI agents into the product surface to automate complex work and enhance the user experience for internal stakeholders sitting right next to you.
- Manage high-consequence data and relational schemas in Postgres, ensuring financial accuracy in systems where errors impact significant royalty payments and critical business decisions.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 5+ years of full-stack experience in startup or small-team environments, with a proven ability to ship polished, user-facing features independently from start to finish.
- Demonstrates deep expertise in modern AI tooling, having built production-ready agents or evals rather than just using AI for basic code completion or suggestions.
- Possesses strong SQL and data modeling skills, ideally with experience in fintech or complex royalty systems where data integrity, audit trails, and financial reconciliation are paramount.
