At SecretSauce Labs, you will build the agent infrastructure powering our brand-consistent marketing platform. As a senior, hands-on engineer, you will transition prototypes into reliable enterprise products by designing RAG systems, memory architectures, and complex multi-tool workflows. This role offers high ownership, allowing you to ship your first major system within thirty days.

• Build reusable AI agents and complex workflows featuring advanced planning, tool utilization, and autonomous recovery from execution failures.
• Design and implement robust context, retrieval, and memory systems supported by rigorous evaluation frameworks and regression testing.
• Develop full-stack features across the backend and frontend, improving system reliability, observability, latency, and cost-efficiency for enterprise clients.

• Proven track record of shipping production-ready LLM-powered or agent-based products, with deep experience in RAG and agent frameworks.
• Strong technical proficiency in TypeScript and Python, with the full-stack range necessary to bridge backend infrastructure and frontend interfaces.
• Independent engineer based in Europe with solid fundamentals in API design, production debugging, and the judgment to balance quality with cost.
