Senior Software Engineer at Farsight AI

Join a high-caliber team building the leading AI platform for financial services. You will own the end-to-end development of agentic workflows and nondeterministic systems, moving beyond simple automation to deliver human-like reasoning. You’ll bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and direct customer feedback in a fast-paced Manhattan startup environment.

• Design and deploy scalable full-stack features using TypeScript, Python, and AWS to power complex agentic AI workflows and streaming outputs.
• Architect and refine LLM orchestration and evaluation systems to ensure robust, accurate outputs for critical financial models and pitch materials.
• Collaborate directly with finance customers to translate high-pressure feedback into technical solutions and move the product toward a unified platform.

• Has 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with deep expertise in system design, backend architecture, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Possesses hands-on experience productionizing LLM-powered products or agentic systems within unstructured, fast-moving environments where you took full project autonomy.
• Demonstrates strong intrinsic motivation and a self-critical lens for quality, capable of taking a project from conception to global deployment.

• Build agentic AI that handles high-stakes work and deliverable generation for the world’s largest investment banks and private equity firms.
