What you will do
- Architect and build the end-to-end technical stack, including edge AI gateways, control systems, and the supervisory AI overlay.
- Hire and lead a multidisciplinary engineering squad across industrial architecture, computer vision, control theory, and mechatronics.
- Lead the technical narrative for fundraising, pilot deployments with industrial partners, and compliance with the EU AI Act.

- Possesses a world-class engineering pedigree, ideally with a PhD in Machine Learning, Mechatronics, or Material Properties/PINNs.
- Has a proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing engineering teams within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
