Finance Manager at EngageTech Ltd

As Finance Manager, you will lead EngageTech Ltd’s transition to an in-house finance function. Reporting to the CFO, you will own the full breadth of UK finance operations, from ledger management and weekly payment runs to complex multi-currency group consolidations. This is a pivotal, hands-on role for a builder ready to design end-to-end processes.

• Own the day-to-day UK finance operations, including the monthly close, payroll reconciliations, and preparing accurate management accounts with clear variance analysis.
• Lead the monthly multi-currency group consolidation across international entities, managing FX translations and eliminating intercompany transactions to provide a unified global view.
• Manage the group’s accounts payable function and year-end statutory processes, serving as the primary contact for external accountants and tax advisers.

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or final-stage part-qualified) with a strong track record in a broad, hands-on finance role within a multi-entity structure.
• Highly proficient in technical accounting (UK GAAP/IFRS) and modern cloud tools like Xero, Dext, and Spendesk, with an appetite for building processes.
• A self-motivated communicator who thrives in high-ownership environments and possesses the attention to detail required to manage complex international reporting requirements.
