Founder Associate at Beams Renovation

Join Beams Renovation as a Founder Associate reporting to the VP of Operations. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and on-the-ground execution, scaling the builder network while building the systems, processes, and automated tools that allow this renovation marketplace to function reliably at a multi-million pound scale.

• Design and roll out the core builder operating system, including onboarding protocols, payment flows, and performance dashboards to ensure project consistency and builder happiness.
• Automate operational bottlenecks by building internal tools yourself using Claude, HubSpot, and Retool, moving the business away from manual hiring toward scalable technology.
• Act as the analytical engine for the operations team, pulling messy data from the warehouse to provide actionable insights and spotting problems before they impact customers.

• Brings 2 to 10 years of experience in high-intensity environments like startups, consulting, or banking, with a proven track record of building processes that others actually use.
• Possesses strong analytical horsepower, comfortable navigating spreadsheets and data warehouses to turn messy datasets into clear, data-backed operational answers.
• Demonstrates a bias to action and zero-to-one execution skills, capable of handling everything from board communications to direct, difficult conversations with builders on-site.

• Direct impact on the “operating system” of a multi-million pound renovation marketplace, with the autonomy to build your own tools using AI and modern platforms like Retool and Claude.
