- Monitor real-time performance data to make rapid, evidence-based adjustments to content strategies, ensuring campaigns consistently hit conversion and traffic goals.
- Lead exploratory work for owned-brand initiatives and community orchestration, including participating in creative off-sites at the company’s international offices in Eastern Europe.
