What you will do
- Execute high-stakes transactional work to a top-tier firm standard, serving as the final quality check for all client deliverables.
- Design and codify precise legal playbooks and step plans that allow AI agents to automate recurring, document-heavy processes.
- Manage the growing legal team and own the delivery relationship with GCs at major PE and M&A clients.
