Role overview
As Head of Legal, you will own the delivery of top-firm standard legal work while architecting the workflows that power our AI systems. You’ll execute transactional matters end-to-end, codify playbooks for AI agents, and build the legal team that defines the future of AI-enabled legal operations in New York.

What you will do
- Execute high-stakes transactional work to a top-tier firm standard, serving as the final quality check for all client deliverables.
- Design and codify precise legal playbooks and step plans that allow AI agents to automate recurring, document-heavy processes.
- Manage the growing legal team and own the delivery relationship with GCs at major PE and M&A clients.
Who this is a fit for
- Holds 3-8 years of PQE from a top-tier firm like Paul Hastings, Kirkland & Ellis, or a Magic Circle equivalent.
- Possesses a strong transactional background and a proven ability to manage complex legal matters end-to-end without supervision.
