Role overview
You will own the end-to-end delivery of Hesta Health Limited’s postnatal service, managing clinician capacity, patient scheduling, and regulatory compliance. This hands-on role combines data-driven optimization with a deep obsession for patient experience. You’ll build scalable systems, ensure CQC excellence, and bridge the gap between clinical operations and business growth.

What you will do
- Manage daily service delivery, including patient onboarding, clinician scheduling, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure seamless, exceptional care.
- Build and scale operational systems by translating complex workflows into repeatable playbooks and collaborating with product teams on AI automation.
- Own operational metrics and regulatory compliance, maintaining CQC standards while using data to optimize appointment utilization and care coordination.

- Proven experience (3+ years) managing complex, high-tempo operations in sectors like marketplaces, fintech, or logistics where real-time service delivery is critical.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to diagnose root causes, run experiments, and drive measurable service improvements.
